Founded in 2006, AgeServe Communications LLC has developed a highly simplified, completely automatic, comprehensively supported and very affordable platform for video communications now installed in facilities in 14 states.  Our services enable “the most important connections” for remote and isolated people living in senior residential communities, nursing homes, and rural areas to their families, to behavioral health specialists, and to social workers and service coordinators.  Our services include:

TeleCare Connect
TeleCare Connect links residents in rural skilled nursing facilities and patients in Rural Health Clinics and Federally Qualified Health Centers in underserved areas with behavioral health specialists via this unique Telehealth service. Clinics and skilled nursing facility staff can request a TeleCare appointment with a specialist on behalf of one of their patients. Specialists are enlisted to respond to these requests and as of January 1, 2009 can bill Medicare for their time for eligible Telehealth visits. Family Virtual Visits
Family Virtual Visits is custom engineered to enable seniors to visit their families over the Internet, hands free, with no keyboards or applications to learn. Family members activate the service via AgeServe’s web site. It’s as easy as watching TV. The service is free for family members. All they need is a web cam. AgeServe provides all the equipment and all marketing materials to help attract family members to the service. Visits are scheduled on the web, last 15 minutes, and start and stop automatically. AgeServe Connect
AgeServe Connect expands the FVV technology platform to link senior residents in low-income affordable housing apartments with service coordinators who help them find community resources so they can stay independent. Specifically designed for small complexes where it is not economic to provide these services onsite, residents can use a simple autodial phone to request a live consultation with remote service coordinators.
